The service was all in all friendly. The room good-sized and top quality and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely hospitable and knew their area. Good and fab location to attractions like The Loop, that was not too far from the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, right in the Financial District and within walking distance to many great eateries. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly faces and given a warm welcome. The rooms were exceptionally clean and much larger than expected, with modern decor and amenities. We especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and the free wine offered every day. The service here was top-notch, with staff texting us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. We really appreciated this level of attentiveness and wish more hotels offered the same.
The only minor downside was that the beds weren't quite as comfortable as we had hoped. However, this is easily overlooked considering all the other positives about this place.
